He was looking inside a store that she was about to go in so she introduced herself to him and invited him to go inside the store with her. They hit it off pretty quickly and got really close, resulting in a relationship between the two. Rachel dated Vince for about three months before breaking it off because of his drug use. They haven't talked since but Rachel has wondered from time to time if he is ok. plot.ideas{optional}: maybe they could meet back up and get into an argument or something..or meet back up and one decide they still have feelings for the other..
