Coming back from her evening classes, Jaselynna Hawk had her brown hair pulled into a high ponytail, out of her face. Walking into the library, she found the place nearly abandoned and empty, it was quite a shock. It was highly unusual to see the library not full of people studying or doing their work. Shrugging, Jase was happy that she was going to be able to sit down and start her homework, without being disturbed. Though, it would have been nice to just have one person to talk to. But, truth be told, Jaselynna didn't have to many people to talk to at the University. She knew people but didn't have the instant friends like some people seem to develop right off hand.
Pulling out one of the chairs, in front of a computer, Jaselynna sat down, placing her bag on the floor beside her. Turning the computer own, she waited for it to load. Reaching down, she opened her back and pulled out a notebook, that she had taken notes in during her law class. As she waited, Jase's eyes scanned the empty library. At first, she didn't even see the librarian, but soon she walked into view from behind a shelf. Looking toward the door, Jase seen some other girl enter, but go completely to the other side of the library. Letting a sigh slip from her lips, Jaselynna looked back toward the computer, which had completely loaded now.
By using the mouse, Jaselynna pulled up a internet screen. Typing, she concentration on the screen. She was really about getting this report typed up, that way it would be a lot easier to give it in a oral report. Licking her lips, Jaselynna went to the website that professor had given her, scanning it with her eyes, she let out a sigh.

Shane was dressed in a purple polo that was unbuttoned and revealed the white tee beneath it at the collar. He had on a pair of jeans that looked a bit too tight from Hollister, pre-ripped in a few spots. He also had on a pair of white k-swiss. Nothing was really extraordinary about his appearance today, he was just himself. It's not like he had expected to run into anyone here.
Since he had his PC hooked up to the ethernet port in the wall of his dorm, he always came to the library to get music. He had his credit card sitting out in front of him, and he was typing in the numbers so that he could purchase some more music. Adding $80 to his account, he slipped the AMEX into his pocket and rubbed his hands together in glee at the idea of having 80 more songs to download.
He started browsing throguh them all, searching under the hip-hop, trance, and rock remix sections. Specifically, he was looking for things that would sound good together. Something a little different from the norm so that he could surprise his audience.
After starting the download on about twelve songs or so, he looked up to see the pony-tailed girl next to him whom he didn't recognize and cocked his head to the side.

Jaselynna's eyes where looking back at her computer screen now. Looking back and forth between the computer and her notebook, she contunied to write down some notes from the website. Sighing a little bit, she moved the mouse and clicked to open a new page. If anything bored her more, it was sitting in the library, alone. Or so she thought she was alone.
Having not been paying attention to see if anyone else was at any of the computers before she sat down, she didn't even look at them to see if anyone was there. Jase looked to her left and nearly fell off the chair when she jumped. Being a little taken back to see someone was actually beside her and she had not relized it. Taking a deep breath, she smiled smoothly.
"Hello." Jaselynna managed to choke out a little bit. Though she didn't know who this boy was, she shrugged. A simple 'hello' was working for her, she would just wait for him to reply before she went about introducing herself. Licking her lips, she turned her head back to the page that had loaded now. Scanning it, just like she had down the previous page, she wrote more information in her notebook.
After Jase finished what she was writing, she turned her head back to the boy. A smile still sat on her face, as she waited for some kind of 'hi' or something to come from his mouth.
