You You You
Name/Alias/Nickname: nicole.. nic... nikki... anything really :] Age: 15 Gender: female :] Location: the good ol` us of a
The Character
Full Name: Hallie Marie Mathews
Age: Twenty
D.O.B: May 16, 1986
P.O.B: New York City, New York
Gender: Female
Member Group?: Student
Major: Theatre and Music
Appearance Hallie has the most amazing pair of hazel eyes. They seem to really shine in the sunlight, and are just so big and beautiful. Her eyes catch the attention of most people and generally keep their attention. They are a light hazel on the outside of the iris, but as they move more toward her pupil, the coloring gets deeper, until just before her pupil. Then, it is almost like there are golden flecks in the hazel. Her hair is blonde and blonder. Naturally, its just a blonde color, but she’s added a few highlights just to make it look good. It is rather short, as well. The length reaches just above her shoulders when its straight. When she has it curly, it hardly touches her shoulder at all. Hallie’s hair is naturally very, very curly, but most days she takes the effort to straighten it. The cut is fairly simple. She does have side bangs that sweep to cover the slightest part of her left eye. Hallie’s lips are something different. They are naturally a simple, light pink color. But some days she’ll wear red lipstick, others just a clear gloss, and some days she’ll wear a pink gloss. The same is for her cheeks. Her cheekbones are set fairly high on her face, and are a slight rosy pink shade. Hallie hates to put on blush, but when she auditions or goes out, she’ll accentuate her cheeks with a bit of blush.
Hallie’s body is built sort of athletically. She used to cheerlead in high school and had the perfect body for it. Her arms are naturally fit, along with her legs. Some girls told her she looked too fit, but Hallie just shrugged them off, sometimes with a nice sarcastic remark, and did the best she could. She had little to no curves when she was in high school, but now that she’s just into her acting and singing, she’s got them. With cheerleading gone, she really doesn’t exercise, so her breasts have grown and her hips slightly as well. While she loves the breast thing, the hip thing, does get on her nerves sometimes.
What Don't They Like About Themselves: Hallie seems tough and so self confident to everyone. She's strong and independent, willing and able. Some look up to her, others hate her. On the inside, she leans more towards the hating her. She seems so confident on the outside, but feels like her life is no longer her own. She hates having that feeling, and she hates feeling so low about herself. Also, she doesn't like her hips. They're too wide for her liking. Especially after eighteen years of having hardly any hips at all.
Celebrity: Hilarie Burton
Personality: Hallie seems like the type of girl that is very easy to read. She’s confident, strong, independent, and sarcastic. She doesn’t need anyone to take care of her and could care less what anyone thinks of her. When people talk bad about Hallie, all she does is laugh at them. If she cared about those people, things would be different, but Hallie knows how to pick her friends and loves, so she doesn’t worry about them talking about her. She can think of witty, sarcastic remarks on the spot and is no where near afraid of voicing them to you, ever. While Hallie does love guys, and everything about them, she is in no way a slut. Hallie does not just jump into bed with every guy she looks at. Yes, she’ll make out with lots of them, but sex is a whole different story. Another thing is, she’s a great friend. She knows the right things to say, when to say them, when to listen, and when to speak. Hallie’s always there for her friends and is always willing to help them. Not to mention she knows how to have fun and how to party.
On the other hand, Hallie is very self-conscious about herself. She’d never show it or admit it to anyone, because she hates it, but its always there. She’s always worried about not being good enough, pretty enough, brave enough. She gets lonely, too. When she’s busy keeping everyone happy and keeping her heart locked up, she doesn’t have time to let anyone in. In fact, she’s afraid to let anyone in. Her self-consciousness keeps her from falling for anyone, letting anyone see herself. Sometimes she wishes she could just let someone in, but when she tries, she ends up just pushing them further and further away from herself.
Hobbies/Interests: Singing, acting, drawing
Likes: shopping singing acting drawing her friends music old movies
Dislikes: swimming driving cats sakes televison
Flaws: self-conscious locked up heart
History: Hallie was born to Luke and Anna Mathews on May 16, of 1986. She was born into a family of lawyers and homemakers. Her life started out the way her parents had intended. She took tennis lessons, had frilly dresses, and took up cheerleading. Her mother was absolutely thrilled and her father was very proud of Hallie.
Hallie grew up going to parties and being polite and looking like the little model her mother wanted. Hallie had long blond hair and was on the cheerleading squad when she started seventh grade. Loads of people in Hallie’s class loved her because of her social status at home and in school. Her life was basically the envy of most girls in her class and classes above and below her. She beamed with happiness everyday in the hallways and no one every knew that maybe she wanted something different.
Hallie was alright with this life for a while. She had nothing to compare it to really, because her life had always been this way and surrounded by this. Yet, she couldn’t help but feel like this wasn’t her life, andshe needed something more. Still, she lived the way her mother and father had always wanted and never voiced what she wanted.
When her mother was diagnosed with cancer, Hallie was fifteen, she began to see things differently. She learned about acting and singing. Then she also learned about her drawing talent. Her love for all of these things were odd, because her parents didn’t posses these qualities, but Hallie loved them. They were the different she was looking for. Hallie stopped being that perfect little angel her parents wanted, because she found who she wanted to be. She was strong and independent and she loved to be sarcastic. She didn’t quit cheerleading, however. She had actually grown to adore it and her mother had a hard enough time with treatments, she didn’t need to worry about her daughter on top of that.
At seventeen, Hallie’s mother passed on. She slipped into a slight depression, even though her mother never had a strong bond with Hallie, she still felt like she had let her mother down. During this time, she really started to develop her self-consciousness and started to keep her heart to herself. She hated this kind of hurt, the pain in her heart and the feeling like it would never go away. So, Hallie decided to not ever let it happen to her again. Slowly, Hallie slipped back to normal, she was independent and sarcastic again, and it was like she had never been depressed at all. The only difference was her icy heart and slight self hatred. She moved out of New York and left her father back home to pursue the life she wanted in acting and singing.
RP Example: She couldn’t handle this anymore! Nothing was going right. Her boyfriend, while still with her, was ‘secretly’ crushing on one of her friends. Her quality of writing at the paper was seriously lacking. Her mother had called, again, to remind her of yet another benefit she must attend. The friend that her boyfriend was crushing on was rubbing in the shiny, huuugr, engagement ring that her new fiancé has just given her. Her dog ran away, her apartment rent was beyond due, and none of her clothes were in style anymore.
Kimberly was at her wits end and ready to collapse. She needed, something, anything to get herself out of this rut. The first thing she wanted to do was end it with her helpless boyfriend. He really was a prick, so she had no guilt in simply sending him a text saying that him whacking off to a picture of her best friend just wasn’t working in their relationship anymore. Once she hit the OK button, a burden was lifted off her. Almost immediately, Kim felt three hundred times better.
The next thing was to take care of her paper issue. She needed the job, no matter how miniscule the pay was, so quitting that wasn’t an option. So instead, she called up an old modeling friend she had. With a quick hello, how are you, beg and plead, Kim had a story. That issue was solved and again a burden was lifted off her shoulder.
With a sigh, she fell back onto the couch, dramatically throwing her arm over her eyes. There was no way she’d call her friend and ask to go out. Especially not with that grand reminder that she was better off than Kimberly. No, she’d go out herself. She sat up quickly. That was it.
That was what she’d need to get out of this rut. Get all dolled up, look fabulously hot, and drink and party her night away. Who knows, maybe some guy would get lucky. Just thinking about starting over tonight made her want to jump for joy.
She whisked herself off the couch and into her bedroom. The rent could wait, her mother could deal without her, and her boyfriend could find some other sap. Kim was moving on. She dashed to her closet and opened the doors up. She crossed her arms and rested her chin on her fist. What to wear, what to wear…
What did one wear to start life over, anyway?

ok we'll you obviously didn't read the rules because that sig is too big. The maximum width a sig can be is 520, so yours is over by about 79px. Im gonna have to give you a warning. I know you're new but you should have read the rules first, and i've given everyone else with signatures over the limit warnings so, even some new ones, so it wouldn't be fair if I didn't give you one either. It'll last for 14 days, and please change/remove the signature asap. thanks

1. Added something about her being smart in the history because to go to Rutherford you have to be really smart because it is an elite school. 2. In this: What Don't They Like About Themselves. Can you make it to what she doesn't like about her body physical. My hint is to take what you said in your appearance about the little things she doesn't like about herself and put it in there. 3.Add a couple of flaws to your appearance. Sorry was reading it from bottom to top lol
