Appearance
Alicia hadn't always been pretty. When she was a child Alicia had a severe weight problem and was extremely obese. She had four stubby limbs where her arms and legs now are and had large cheeks other kids cruelly referred to as "chipmunk cheeks". She also had very poor vision and wore a pair of large rimmed glasses that resembled a cross between the lid of a jar and Harry Potter's glasses. Unfortunately Alicia wore hers before Harry made the style popular and was teased mercilessly because of them. Her eyes were the first t hing Alicia ever changed about her body. The moment she turned sixteen Alicia had laser eye surgery performed so that she could have 20-20 vision.
The second thing Alicia ever corrected with surgery was the removal of a Marilyn Monroe-esque mole above her lip to the left. She demanded it be removed to avoid the risk of it ever becoming cancerous even the doctor insisted there was no chance of that happening. She hated the idea of having some thing on her face that could possibly lower her image of perfection, so it had to go.
Her piercing blue eyes are always a conversation piece or good for a pick up line. She usually has them outline with a line strip of black below and above - a miracle cosmetic called eyeliner. Her light brown eyebrows are always perfect and Alicia puts herself through a daily torture called plucking every single night before she goes to bed (at night so that the red offsets by the morning). Her blemish free, tanned face draws attention to Alicia and those staring can't help but notice her plump lips. While other girls used all sorts of odd cosmetics and chemicals Alicia had been born with the perfectly plumped lips. She keeps her hair in loose waves that she insists scream "I don't try at all to look this gorgeous!"
Moving down her body, Alicia has a model's body. Her 5'9" thin frame often leads people to asking if she has an eating disorder. She tells them its excessive, a strict diet and good genes. If she happens to miss a meal or two, well that 's just coincidence. She sports a pair of C34 breasts, which she commonly refers to as her best asset and were the third and final thing she had ever gotten done in surgery. Naturally she was an B34 so Alicia figured that going one more size up wouldn't be that big of a deal. After all, Barbie was a C and Barbie was the most perfect, ideal girl ever created by man. Because of this she flaunts them proudly. From behind she had a very JLo like bottom and from the front a very Jessica Alba like stomach and her lean legs seem to go on for miles, if you'll pardon the old cliche.
When it comes to clothes, Alicia is the girl who always had the best shoes, the best bag, the best new clothes. She prides herself on having the best of every thing. With her fathers wallet Alicia is able to spend money on whatever it is she wanted. She prefers dark clothes that expose a lot of skin.
What Don't They Like About Themselves:
Alicia is a perfectionist and this includes her body. She is borderline anorexic and cannot look at her body without seeing some kind of invisible fat some where on her body. She feels the need to look absolutely perfect and she is willing to starve herself to reach this unreachable perfection. Alicia also feels that she just isn't as talented or as smart as some of the other girls that attended Rutherford and she is often putting herself down.
Celebrity: Adrianna Lima
Personality:
Ever since she was a child Alicia felt the need to be absolutely perfect and even now as an adult that shines through every thing she does. When in front of others Alicia acts like the most self confident, self assured person to ever walk to halls of Rutherford U but when she's alone she is her own biggest critic. Nothing is ever perfect enough for Alicia. When she finds invisible pockets of fat on her body she decides to skip meals, some times more then one a day. When she gets any thing lower then an A on a paper she pulls an all-nighter in order to achieve a higher mark for the next paper.
Alicia is also very outspoken and outgoing. When she sees some thing happening that she doesn't approve of she is the first to jump on to her feet and demand that changes be made. Some times this gets her in to trouble, but Alicia - who is also very stubborn - sticks to any and all punishment that gets thrown her way for speaking out against some thing. She had been thrown out of more then one class because of this.
Hand in hand with the above trait, Alicia is very independent. She truly believes in the saying "If you want some thing done right you must do it yourself." It is very rare that Alicia asks any one to do any thing for her, even those she truly trusts. She feels the need to be independent and self-serving, not really believing some thing is hers unless she bought it herself.
The one thing she is good at, however, is calming a room. As a gift she always knows the perfect words to use when attempting to calm people down. She hates allowing situations to get out of hand and often attempts to stop them before they get to that place. Hand in hand with that trait comes the talent to excel at debating.
Hobbies/Interests: Alicia is an avid jogger and dancer and spends her free time choreographing dances in her head. She finds it calming.
Likes: Studying, having a stiff drink from time to time, being active, speaking out
Dislikes: Being contained, being any thing less then perfect.
Flaws: Alicia has trust issues and it takes a lot for her to trust people; She prefers random hookups over long term relationships; studies all night way to often; borderline anorexic
History:
She kept her bedroom immaculate even at the young age of three and would punish herself when she did some thing wrong. She never ran outside to play like the other children, but stayed inside to read or to watch good programs like the Discover Channel. It worried her mother, a few spirited art teacher, but her father, an investment banker, loved it. Through out her entire life she was torn between two worlds, if you will. Those were her mothers free spirited artistic world and her fathers straight-up, no messing around serious world. To avoid choosing, Alicia just avoided her home.
She would go out and party with her friends all the time, often skipping school due to hangovers and staying up all nights of the hour. She would come home only the pilfer more money from her fathers wallet and to change her clothes. And shower on occasion. Then, in junior year, Alicia got pregnant. Knowing that this information would just cause another family argument (her mother was pro-life and her father was pro-choice) Alicia got an abortion all by herself.
And that experience changed her.
Alicia stopped hanging with her old friends - or any friends for that matter - and focused solely on school. She was the exact opposite of who she used to be. Instead of never being home Alicia would go straight from school to home and not leave her room until it was time for school to next morning. She starved herself to get to body she desired. When she got this body she did nothing with it. She was constantly turning down date and party invitations in order to go home and do extra credit assignments for school.
At the beginning of junior year Alicia had a 2.1 GPA. At the end of senior year she had a 4.0. School became her life. Alicia had been accepted at all sorts of impressive university's: Dartmouth, Yale, Harvard, Oxford. They all wanted her, and they wanted her bad. But Alicia chose Rutherford because she wouldn't have to leave town. She didn't really want to go to any of those high end schools. She just wanted to prove that she could do it. That she was perfect.

(This is from another site. I hope that's okay!)
Having no idea where Kaycee was, Brydan had decided to come up to the Science Garden and kill things. A collection of plants the Freshmen had grown as a project were sitting in a large bin in the Science Garden. When Brydan saw this a wide smirk spilled across his face. Some of the names he recognized - the cooler Freshies - and he left those alone. It was the ones he didn't recognize or recognized only as being jerks or insane losers who got pulled out of the bin and placed on the floor. Brydan pulled out the lighter he carried with him every where - even though he rarely smoke due to Kaycee's hate of the smell of smoke - and played with it for a moment.
Where was Kaycee? One of the juniors in his dorm had, in a lame attempt to be cool, told him that Kace was off with one of her friends older brothers. A date? He doubted it. Kaycee was a true-to-your-guy kind of girl. Wasn't she? Technically, Brydan wasn't officially her 'guy' but they were... more then friends, for sure. Was she off with another guy? Brydan looked down at the plant sitting in front of him and realized that in his semiconscious state he had burnt all the leaves off. All that remained was a browning stem. Brydan read the name on the side out loud. Herman Shulfer would be getting a bad mark in bio this semester. To bad for Herman.
Brydan stuck that plant back in the bin and pulled out another plant, this one with the name Gertrude Jones. Who actually named there kid Gertrude? When things with Kaycee started getting serious Brydan imagined having kids with her one day. Three. And a dog. He would never, ever name his child Gertrude. How could any one do that to their own flesh and blood? He had no idea. Brydan lit the edge of a single leave and watched as the flame spread across the plant, eventually eating up the entire plant until there was nothing whatsoever remaining. He placed this one back in the box and pulled out a plant named Kinder Jemeley.
Would he and Kaycee ever become serious? Some days, especially when he saw her walking around in her hot pants flirting with various boys, he had his serious doubts. Other days, like the days they spent on the beach just tanning and kissing, he was positive that one day they would finally start dating... and eventually marry. Some days, the good days, Brydan knew (he just knew some how) that they were made for each other. Other days he had no idea what they were doing together. The were both the kind of people who were meant to be separate. Beautiful, charming, flirtatious. The kind of people who simply did not have long relationships.
But they had proved that wrong, didn't they? It had been... Jesus, over a year now. They had been 'seeing' each other for over a year. Not officially dating. There was no anniversary, no promise. Only 'seeing' each other. Brydan glanced down and saw that he had even started burning the small brown pots the plants had been placed in. That to returned to the bin.
Brydan stretched his hands and pulled out yet another plant. This one was a Kyle O'Rylie. Brydan vaguely knew him. He was one of the "alpha" maggots and reminded Brydan a lot of himself. He put Kyle's plant back in the bin and pulled out another. Ryan Hennes. He sounded like a jerk. Yep, Brydan would burn that one.
