“I guess I don’t. You know it is because I live here so long. I don’t mind it at all” he said not really upset that he lost his country accent. Not that he didn’t love it, it wasn’t that big of a deal to him. Smiling at her he little out a soft laugh, so that he wouldn’t disturbed the other. “why I can listen to yours though. So why worry about mines” he said hearing her ask him to say something with his accent. He quickly raised eyebrows “what if I don’t want to. What do I get out of this” he asked her in a curious tone. Then he heard the word, his most hated word dare. “Gosh darn it, would you stop it. I don’t even know if I have my country accent anymore” he said with a small smile. He wish he remember how his southern accent sound like but that was the old him.
Hearing her laugh he could help but smiled. Gosh his jaw were going to hurt later on today if he didn’t stop this. “Of course that means you will be great.” he said to her question. “plus like I said you will spend enough time with me that I am going to rub off on you. You won’t realize it, but it will happen. Trust me. I don’t know much but this I should do know a lot about” he told her knowing that he probably didn’t make sense but it was true. Turning his attention back to the screen he was happy to see the movie started but his thought were distracted by her voice “oh great, we will have blast together I know it” he said in a very happy tone.

When he asked what he would get out of this, Anna's cheeks threatened to blush. She never knew how to respond to something like that, and she generally never did. "My happiness?" she returned, a hesitant but humoured expression on her lips. Sticking her tongue out at him, she simply shook her head in quiet laughter.
The silly boy probably couldn't even remember his Southern accent. Then again, she wasn't sure how long he had lived in New York. He wasn't much older than her, so it couldn't have been too terribly long. "How old are you?" The words came racing from her mind to her lips before she could even stop and consider them. Blushing, she whispered, "Er... how long have you lived in New York?" It wasn't the best save, but it would have to do. Anna ran a hand through her hair, nibbling her lower lip anxiously.
She grinned at his confirmation. Although the beginning of the movie was playing out before them on the screen, Anna's thoughts were elsewhere. She felt chatty but didn't want to interrupt the film. Instead, she found herself combing through strands of her hair and chewing her lip. Her attention was focused on the screen, mostly, save the occasional glance sideways at Dean.

“I guess so, that would be a good thing. As long as you keep with that beautiful smile on your face then I guess I can live with that as a reward.” he said giving her one of his famous smiled and then sticking his tongue back at her. Gosh he was being a big kid right now be he didn’t really care. Turning his attention back to the screen.
Hearing her question he raised his eyebrow, he could lie to her or probably tell her the true about his age. It really didn’t bother him that much. It wasn’t as if he was old or something so it didn’t matter “twenty and how about you. How old are you or are you one of those that don’t tell their age” he said in a goofy tone but it was true. Some females didn’t like there age to be know that was another thing that Dean would never get about woman. “It has been a year almost that I moved here” he said answering her question.
Looking back at the screen he was finding the movie to be great. The parts that he had seen. Maybe he should try to go out and pick a random movie and watch it. Naw he probably would forget he told himself that. Smiling he glanced over at Anna for a second then back at the screen. Talking to her was amazing and he wonder why he thought that it was. Maybe because for once in his life he was talking and he wasn’t trying to get in the bed with her.

Anna blushed, pleased with the compliment but not quite sure how to receive it. Complimenting him in return would be cliché, and rather lame. So instead, she simply bit her lower lip and grinned to herself, turning her eyes back to the movie screen.
Her eyebrows went up in surprise when he said he was only twenty. She gave him a sideways glance, and for the first time she realized how genuinely young he was. His persona and the way he carried himself made her assume he was at least in his mid-twenties. But nope, he was just a year older than her. That surprised her, but she nodded in acceptance.
She giggled quietly when he asked if she didn't tell her age. "I'm not hiding any wrinkles just yet," she whispered, looking up at him with dancing eyes. "Nineteen," she added after her entertainment and soft laughter died down. "Just recently, actually." Her second year into adulthood. It was adventurous, most definitely, living the high life in New York. Although she had only been there for a eight months, it was beginning to feel more like home than Tennessee. The thought was terrifying, but rewarding in the same stride.
Her pale blue eyes never left the movie, though her lips curled in a thoughtful fashion when she whispered in Dean's ear. "Thank you for inviting me." It was a simple thank you, really, but to Anna it did mean a lot. She rarely went out and left the campus, simply because her initiative to befriend strangers in the city was so low. The fact that she had met a random man and was beginning to develop a friendship was like a miracle to her. "It means a lot," she added with a concluding nod and small smile.

Looking over towards her he could see her cheeks darken, even though they had been in the dark. It was cute to know that he could still make a girl blush with the words that he said. Turning his head back to the front, he knew he miss a good part of the movie but he didn’t really care. The movie was good so he was planning on seeing it again anyways.
Seeing the look on her face, he assume that she was shock on his age. Many people assume that he was much older than he was but unfortunately he wasn’t. Dean was the way he was because he had to grow up faster than other people. Sometimes you can probably tell his age because he acts like a big goof ball most of the time.
Hearing her laugh he laughed with her, she must have thought what he said was hilarious. “I guess not but you know how you woman are, so secretive about how old you are. I just thought you were like them” then when she said she was nineteen he had a look of shock on his face. She didn’t look as young as she was, not that she look old either. He would have sworn she was twenty-one but nineteen. “wow you’re a hot looking nineteen year old then” Dean said as a joke then turned his head back to the front looking the screen.
Feeling some air brush against his ear and then hearing her sweet voice he smiled “no I really need to thank you. I am having so much fun” Dean admitted to her. He was really having a boring day and she took her time out of her day to spend it with him, no he should be thanking her, not her thanking him.

She smirked and shook her head. He was right. Most women would absolutely refuse to reveal their age, though Anna was not sure why. She never had any problem admitting how old she was, but she was still quite young. Then again, her mother was the same way and she was in her mid-forties.
A short laugh escaped her lips before she could even think about it when he spoke again. She frowned in humour and tossed him a glance, but he was looking at the screen. His tone had been playful, so she knew he wasn't actually hitting on her. But still. "Thanks," she said a little uneasily, almost as though she did not believe him. There was the modesty again.
"I didn't do anything," she murmured in response, her eyes playfully darting from the screen to him and then back again. Anna was having a good time, though. She got along relatively well with people and socializing was something she fancied. It was definitely better than spending the rest of the afternoon locked up in her dorm. Not only had she gotten to escape studying, she was also establishing a better relationship with Dean. It was a win-win situation in her eyes.
The film only lasted another ten minutes. When Anna realized she had practically talked through the entire movie, she felt awful. She nibbled her bottom lip and crossed her legs, eyes on the screen. She had absolutely no idea what was going on. Normally Anna would not mind, but the fact Dean had paid for her ticket made her feel bad about it.
When the screen flickered and the credits began to roll, she cast him a wary and bashful glance. She hoped he was not mad at her. He didn't sound like he was - his tone had been genuine when he said he was having a good time with her. "I didn't mean to talk that much, I'm sorry," she said with a small cringe. Her eyes trailed back to the screen as she idly picked at a loose thread on her jean jacket.
"I'll pay next time," she said with a softer smile. She was more than willing to debate paying for the ticket, but she highly doubted Dean would agree to it. The lights had come on and the rest of the crowd began stepping across aisles and around chairs, making their way towards the exit. Anna didn't move - she normally waited on lines when her friends took her to the cinema. It was much easier to maneuver when you weren't surrounded by hundreds of rude and pushy strangers.

Hearing her laugh he didn’t know what for, maybe he said something stupid again. H ereally did mean she was beautiful. Maybe it was the way he put it, hearing her said thanks he looked over at her and nodded his head drawing his attention back to the screen a second after that. Hearing her response he shook his head“Your here. How is that not doing anything” he asked her in more of a rhetorical question. It did mean a lot for her to come. She could have said no that she was busy, that she didn’t have the time but she was there with talking, and he was getting to know her better like he wanted to do. “You gave me the best day, when I though today was going to be so boring. But it wasn’t I really did have a good time with you” he said turning towards her and giving her a short being smile.
Hearing her said that she didn’t mean to talk to much and he frowned at her for a second but then quickly turn it into a smile. “Don’t worry I think I talked just as much as you did, so we are both to blame.” he did talk a lot. He was surprise that he didn’t yell at the screen like he did every other time he came to the theater. No don’t go to the door you idiot, he is waiting for you there” . Where a couple of things he said but since he had a guest with him, he decided it would have been rude to do that. Looking back at the screen he watched as the movie end, and the parts that he did see where actually good but he was definitely planning on seeing it again.
“Sure, and next time we will have a movie picked already” Dean said blinking his eyes when the light came back on and opening them up letting his eyes readjust to the light. Staying there he looked over at her, he didn’t know what to do but he knew one thing he didn’t want to go home to his empty apartment and have nothing to do but stare at his ceiling counting how many titles were missing from his ceiling. “Hey want to go eat, I am starving. How about you” he said hoping that she was hungry, gosh he didn’t want to end the day yet.

She only shook her head when he questioned her. A soft smile played around her lips, just enough to show her gentle amusement. She enjoyed being playfully challenged and questioned - it was part of her spirited nature that she craved so much. Though she was far from cheeky, the teenager loved to joke around and throw the occasional comical argument around. "I'm glad I could be of assistance." Anna grinned at him, returning the smile.
He was not the only one having a good time. Anna found herself enjoying his pleasant company. His compliments made her blush and she couldn't help but fancy earning more points in his book. She did not pine for attention like several other women she knew, but Anna did like making people happy. She liked being the reason someone smiled. It always made her day when she found out she had turned a boring day into an exciting one. Plus, it always helped when the other person wasn't bad on the eyes.
She laughed melodically, her youth creeping in the corners of her voice. "Yes, we'll definitely do our research first," she said in agreement, her eyes dancing in amusement. "And I promise not to interrupt so much," she added with a tiny laugh. "Only if you promise, too, of course." Anna raised an eyebrow at him, giving him a teasing expression similar to a teacher trying to get a student to make a promise. Anna honestly didn't mind the chatter, but she couldn't help but make her only little jest.
The mention of food made Anna realize she was, in fact, very hungry. She had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and snacked on a granola bar around ten, but otherwise hadn't eaten. "I'd love to," she said, watching him with a happy smile. The crowd was thinning out finally, and Anna carefully stood up and stretched her shoulders. Scooping up her purse and offering a hand to take the empty popcorn bag from Dean, she asked, "What are you in the mood for?"
